昨日は、しっかりとした土台の上に人生を築くことが大切であることを、改めて学ぶことができました。
不安定な土台の上の人生は、時に訪れる逆風にさらされると、見た目からの想像に反して脆くも崩れる場合がありますしね。
いつ訪れるかは神様の御手にある、この世の人生の完了の時まで、しっかりとした土台の上に人生を築くための継続した取り組みができるよう、自省しつつ祈ります。
Therefore everyone who hears these words of mine and puts them into practice is like a wise man who built his house on the rock.
The rain came down, the streams rose, and the winds blew and beat against that house; yet it did not fall, because it had its foundation on the rock.

だから、わたしのこれらのことばを聞いてそれを行なう者はみな、岩の上に自分の家を建てた賢い人に比べることができます。
雨が降って洪水が押し寄せ、風が吹いてその家に打ちつけたが、それでも倒れませんでした。岩の上に建てられていたからです。
